The name says it all. Mercedes has done a wonderful job for us with planning our Costa Rican trip. It’s a true test of a travel planner when things go wrong. Our flights got delayed by two days due to a snowstorm and we were worried we won’t be able to change our itineraries with it being kids’ vacation week. Mercedes’ handled everything beautifully: extended our hotel stays as requested, moved our excursions, and even booked us a last-minute air transfer from La Fortuna to Tamarindo ( highly recommend this) so we can spend more time on the beach rather than traveling.
She greeted us in San Jose with a bag full of snacks and another bag full of gifts. She was always in touch on WhatsApp with advice/ help/tips and ready to change things as needed. We didn’t have to worry about anything.
I highly recommend using this Costa Rica travel company!

We had a great experience and I will certainly be returning to Costa Rica and will use the travel planner again. I have already posted about her on a travel FB group I belong to.During the planning process, I appreciated that our planner continued to work with me on keeping the finances within my budget. That part of the process was vital and made the difference on whether we went or not. She was very patient with me and my questions.It was comforting that she met us at the airport and the goodie bag was such a nice touch!Her communication was exceptional and she would always answer my questions quickly while on the trip. That reduced a great amount of stress and allowed us to sit back and enjoy our trip.Your drivers are great and were so helpful as well, it was lovely.

We decided to celebrate our 30th anniversary in Costa Rica and I can not speak highly enough of our travel designer and the travel company. She truly understood the type of trip we were looking for and went out of her way to create a memorable 30th-anniversary celebration! She had such attention to detail and went above and beyond our expectations. From meeting us at the airport, to all her little gifts, and attention to detail- we felt very well cared for! By the end of the trip, we felt like she was part of the family! I would highly recommend her! As for Costa Rica- we feel in love! The country is beautiful and the people were so genuinely nice! We also felt very Covid safe- everyone wear masks and was incredible respectful. We stayed in the Lodge located in a nature park – which was a last minute add on suggested by our designer and it was amazing and we loved staying at the resort and spa in Manuel Antonio. The trip was a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. I would highly recommend the travel company and planning with the travel designer and the travel company-we will definitely be back!
